What are your offic hours? Please call 862-8355 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Friday to schedule your appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Cash, Check & Money Orders. No checks accepted for Out of County or Out of State Referrals. Cash or money orders only.
