Listed below are the DUI class schedules for the (16) hour PRIME for Life program. Please review these choices and decide which schedule you want before calling for a registration appointment. Classes are set up by registration appointment only.

REGISTRATION*
Please call 862-8355 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and
8:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Friday to schedule your appointment.

Offender Re-Entry Center: 5131 Harding Place, Nashville, TN
3:30 PM on Fridays if you are scheduled to attend while serving your jail time on the weekend. Full payment of $180.00 is required on Friday at 3:30 for admission @ ORC location. Registration and All sixteen hours can be completed while serving your jail time if your full payment is made in advance.  Appointments will be scheduled for you to return for your clinical interview. Women also report to the 5131 Harding Place location at 3:30 PM.

Registration appointments are held weekdays at 10:00 AM for the classes listed below. This process will require approximately one hour of your time.

FEE DISCOUNT*
The school fee is $220.00. A minimum of $100.00 must be made payable at the time of your registration appointment for the 1417 Murfreesboro Road location. You can receive a DISCOUNT of $40.00 ($180.00 fee) if you complete ALL school requirements (classes and clinical interview) within the first six months of your probation. All class fees must be paid in full prior to your last class or you will not be admitted into your last class.

FOUR WEEK SCHOOLS    
Four (4) Mondays - 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM 
Four (4) Wednesdays - 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM      
Four (4) Friday mornings - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

WEEKEND SCHOOL
Two (2) Saturdays 8AM - 5:00PM
