CLINICAL INTERVIEW*
We have found that most states require a clinical interview to determine appropriate referrals to education or treatment. You are required to bring any paperwork you have from your state of conviction to your registration appointment so that we can assure you are meeting all of your state’s requirements.

During the interview the counselor will review all of your paperwork from the state of conviction and determine if there is a need for a treatment or self-help referrals. If you are referred to treatment, you will be responsible for paying the treatment fees to the agency providing you the services.  The Safety Center will supervise your completion of the treatment program and report your completion to your state authorities.

SECOND OR SUBSEQUENT CONVICTION* Level III
If it is determined that you do not need to attend any of our DUI School classes, you will only be interviewed by a counselor; referred to the appropriate level of treatment; supervised in your compliance with treatment and finally your completion reported to your state authorities. In this case, you are only responsible for the $50.00 assessment/administrative fee.

**IF YOU MISS OR CANCEL ANY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THERE WILL BE A $20.00 RESCHEDULING FEE.

** DO NOT COME TO THE OFFICE OR ANY CLASS APPOINTMENTS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR OTHER DRUGS.
