Anita Wilson has more than 25 years in the Tennessee Addiction’s field having begun in the late 80’s with a local residential treatment program. She has experience working in a wide range of settings and in 2009 she was awarded both Middle Tennessee and Tennessee’s George M. Allen’s – Counselor of the Year Award. In 2014 she was honored by the Nashville Metro’s Fire Department for providing trainings in Suicide Prevention to Nashville’s Firefighters. Anita Wilson is a Tennessee Qualified Clinical Supervisor (QCS) devoting much of her time working with those coming into the addictions field. She is currently in private practice and contracting to facilitate the Women’s Program for General Sessions Court Recovery Court Program where she brings skills as a seasoned Addictions Professional.
