Valerie Webb is a native Tennessean, who graduated from Smyrna High School. After graduating from high school, she entered college in pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree. While attending college she worked in the afternoons as sports official. Valerie became successful during her tenure of officiating sports. She worked her way up to the NAIA Division II Level of the NCAA. She retired after 15 years of service. With a change in works, Valerie entered the healthcare field and serviced that industry for 14 years. Later, she returned to college in pursuit of her Master’s Degree, which is in Counseling Psychology. Furthermore, they offer various benefits to her in her current job, as a FACT Team Case Manager.
Valerie is passionate about her work as a Forensic Assertive Case Manager (FACT) because it allows her the opportunity to work with so many incredible and resilient people to reach their fullest potential. She is a firm believer that we are all capable of achieving incredible things in order to live our heart’s desires. What is more, she deems that often times we get stuck and can no longer hear the truth that is within us. She is dedicated to helping people cope with a variety of personal growth needs, facing obstacles and issues of distress.
Further, Valerie continues to volunteer at her church for their children’s Sunday school program, in addition to performing administrative duties as needed. In the past, she also volunteered for the Vanderbilt School Program and Big Brothers/ Big Sisters programs.
