Attorneys must register by Monday, October 19, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
After registration for Pro Bono Volunteer Attorneys ends on Monday, October 19, 2020, on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 an email will go out that afternoon to all attorneys that signed up to provide Pro Bono services with the Zoom Meeting ID for an instructional 30 min Webinar that will be presented by Judge Rachel L. Bell. The Webinars are scheduled for 2 times on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. You may attend either Webinar so that you have the information you need to be prepared for the Virtual Expungement & Legal Clinic that will be hosted on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
We ask all Pro Bono Volunteer Attorneys to be prepared to login on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. and be available until 12:30 p.m. to assist all participants that have registered. We anticipate that each attorney will work with 2-3 participants on the day of the clinic. You will call the participant by blocking your number on your phone. You will be on Zoom muted during the participant meeting, the participant will not be on Zoom as they will only be communicated to by telephone.
More instructions will be given by Judge Rachel L. Bell for all registered Pro Bono Volunteer Attorneys during the Webinar on Thursday, October 22, 2020.
