Tracking Accountability Bond Supervision (TABS)
General Sessions Domestic Violence Court
Davidson County, Tennessee

Tracking Accountability Bond Supervision (TABS) is a court-operated compliance monitoring program of the General Sessions Domestic Violence Court.

TABS monitors adherence to court-ordered bond conditions in qualifying domestic violence cases, including those cases where Global Positioning System (GPS) monitoring has been ordered.

TABS Compliance Officers monitor, document, and report compliance to the Court. TABS does not impose or modify bond conditions, determine violations, or impose sanctions. All enforcement decisions remain with a judicial officer.

Reporting Requirement

Defendants ordered to participate in TABS must report in person to the TABS Compliance Office no later than 2:00 p.m. on the next business day following release from jail, unless otherwise directed by the Court.

Failure to report will result in review of bond conditions.
